No pictures today :( Only because I left my camera upstairs and I didn’t feel like running up 2 flights of stairs…even though I should have. My excuse? I just did my 30 day Shred workout, so my legs are jello!
- 2 handfuls of Kale
- 1 1/2 stalks of Celery
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Green Apple
- 1 Red apple
- Left over Strawberries (about 4)
- 1/2 cup of Naked Juice (Mango) - only if you need to mask the earthy flavor
